Subject: Protest Notice
On Thursday, October 6th, at 9:00 AM at Dilworth Plaza at City Hall, supporters of Occupy Philly plan a demonstration against a variety of issues including "corporate and financial greed and corruption" and the belief that the financial institutions have not been held accountable for the state of the economy. They have told their supporters to bring sleeping bags and to be prepared to camp out for several days. How many will participate and for how long a period is unknown at this time.( Read more... )
